What is Crossbridge Point?
Crossbridge Point is ILADD’s first independent living community designed specifically for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Located in Zionsville, Indiana, Crossbridge Point will offer beautifully designed 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom homes equipped with smart technology to support independence, safety, and comfort. This walkable, mixed-use neighborhood will bring together individuals with and without disabilities, creating a vibrant, inclusive community. In addition to housing, Crossbridge Point will feature a 12,000-square-foot Community Center offering recreation, education, and social activities. Crossbridge Point isn't just a place to live — it's a place to grow, connect, and thrive.
Who Can Live At Crossbridge Point?
Crossbridge Point is designed for adults 18 and older with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) who are seeking an independent, community-based living experience. Our inclusive neighborhood also welcomes adults without disabilities who want to live in a supportive, connected environment. Residents should be able to live safely with minimal support and be interested in participating in community life, enrichment programs, and social activities. Crossbridge Point is about creating opportunities for independence, personal growth, and meaningful relationships — all in a place to proudly call home.
